Privacy Policy
Pingward is an uptime monitoring service. This page describes exactly what it stores, who it is shared with, and how to delete it.

What we collect
Only what running the service requires:
- Your account. Your email address, and a password that is stored only as a hash. If you sign in with Google we receive the identifier and email address it returns, never a password.
- Your monitors. The URLs you ask us to check and their settings — method, expected status, keyword, interval. Any request headers you add are encrypted before storage and are never shown back to you or sent anywhere except to the URL you configured.
- Check results. For each check: the time, the HTTP status, the response time, and the error text when one fails. We store the outcome of a request, not the contents of your pages.
- Where to reach you. Only the destinations you set up yourself: your email address, a Telegram chat id once you connect the bot, a webhook URL, a phone number for SMS, and a push token for each device you install the app on.
What we do not collect
There is no advertising, no analytics profiling, and no tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We do not store the content of the pages we check.
Who it is shared with
Only the providers needed to run the service, and only the data each one needs to do its job:
- Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Expo — delivery of push notifications to your devices.
- Telegram, your webhook endpoint, our email provider and our SMS provider — each receives an alert only for the destination you enabled.
How long it is kept
Account data is kept while the account exists. Individual check results are retained for your account’s retention window and older rows are rolled up into daily summaries or removed. When you delete your account, everything goes with it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from either surface: in the iOS app under Settings → Delete account, or on the web dashboard under Settings. You confirm by typing your own email address.
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It removes your profile, every monitor and its entire check history, your incidents, your alert destinations, your registered devices and your status pages. There is no partial deletion and nothing is retained for later re-activation.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Most of it you can reach directly in the app or dashboard; for anything else, write to us and we will help.
Children
Pingward is a tool for people who run websites and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
